MEET EVELYN
1. Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Santa Clarita. I have lived here all my life.
2. How did you get your start in real estate?
I have always had interested in this industry. I completed a few courses on Real Estate while I was in college. Never went foward with taking my state test because at that time I was working in the litigation industry. After being laid off with that company I decided I wanted a change in careers. I decided to give real estate a try.
3. How did you get your start at Brandolino Group?
I was referred to Realty Executives by another Realty Executives agent and the Brandolino Group swooped me up.
4. Why did you choose to go into real estate?
Growing up I used to ride along with him when he would go collect rents from a couple of his investment properties. Once I got a little older he used to let me listen in on his conversations with his realtor. I remember always thinking what a cool job he had. He got paid to show properties.
5. What’s your favorite part about real estate?
If you work your butt off you can make it big. It all depends on your motivation.
6. What is your favorite part about working at Brandolino Group?
I have been blessed to find such a great group of caring and fun people to work with.
7. Why did you choose LA / Santa Clarita?
Born and raised here.
8. What are 3 things most people don’t know about you?
I am very handy. I can go from being all dressed up and in high heels during the day to knocking down a wall and putting up dry wall at night. I love playing poker and cooking on my down time.
