MEET RYAN

1. Where are you from?

I am from Los Angeles, CA.

2. How did you get your start in real estate?

I was working as a graphic designer for a real estate firm when I took a sign call on one of our listings. At the time I was just listening to the buyers wants and needs. I remained in contact with the prospective buyer and ended up helping them purchase the home they originally called on. Now at the time I was not licensed and felt I was deserving of some compensation. When my boss told me he wouldn’t give me any compensation I decided at that time to quit and get my license.

3. How did you get your start at Brandolino Group?

I met Jeff Brandolino, owner of Brandolino Group, while working at a different local real estate agency 12 years ago. Jeff was one of the first agents to take me under his wing and show me the ropes. I was working for a top agent in the SCV when Jeff offered me a position at the Brandolino Group. I decided to leave my tenure at my former agency and join Jeff at Brandolino Group, the rest is history!
