1. Where are you from?
Can Tho, Vietnam
2. How did you get your start in real estate?
When I was 19 years old, my good friend was a real estate investor. He told me to get my license so that I can help him buy and sell for him. It was the best thing a 19 year old could have ever done.
In 2004 I was not actively working in real estate and was living in the San Fernando Valley. I heard about the incredible schools and neighborhood found in the Santa Clarita Valley and a friend recommended Jeff Brandolino. I met him and within a week we were in escrow. Fast forward, a house and a set of twins later…He needed an assistant and I wanted to get back into real estate with a schedule that would allow me time to be mom to an 8 year old and the infant twins.
4. What’s your favorite part about real estate?
I like helping people achieve the American dream of owning their own home, I also like the fast pace momentum.
5. What is your favorite part about working at Brandolino Group?
Jeff Brandolino is new age with a old school foundation: He is smart/ very business minded, he is always thinking ahead to see what direction the real estate market will take so that he can try to be on its path or in front of it. Important for me, he is very ethical and manages his business with the old school business mantra “my word is my word and I will stand behind it”. I can absolutely endorse and it makes me proud to be a part of the Brandolino Group.
6. Why did you choose LA / Santa Clarita?
It was a move I made for my family.
7. What are 3 things most people don’t know about you?
My life is an open book, I am pretty transparent/
I love koala bears and I hate roller coasters.
