Get To Know The Brandolino Group: Meet Juan!

MEET JUAN

1. Where are you from?

I was born in Mexico City and lived there until I was 13 years old. In 1988 I immigrated to the US and have been here ever since.

2. How did you get your start in real estate?

My ex-girlfriend’s mom and step-dad were realtors. In 1994, they helped immerse me in the real-estate industry and I fell in love with it. In 1995 I received my real estate license.

3. How did you get your start at Brandolino Group?

Jeff Brandolino, owner of Brandolino Group, and I have known each other for many years. Jeff heard that I was unemployed, he offered me a job to work for him, the rest is history.

4. Why did you choose to go into real estate?

As before mentioned, I “fell” into real estate. Originally, didn’t see myself in real estate. However, as time went by, I found real estate to be incredibly rewarding, it feels great helping families find their dream home.

5. What’s your favorite part about real estate?

My favorite part about real estate that it is each day is full of new experiences. Every person, every transaction, every property is different. Each component has its own challenges and with each challenge you gain the experience that will help you overcome future obstacles. It is wonderful to meet people from all walks of life, each with their own story.

6. What is your favorite part about working at Brandolino Group?

The best part about working at The Brandolino Group is my co-workers. I feel that there is a good dynamic among all of us. We all get along well, each of us have our own experience that helps the team achieve their goals.  We can joke with each other which helps us get through stressful times.

7. Why did you choose LA / Santa Clarita?

When I moved here in 1988 from Mexico, I had an aunt that lived in Valencia. We chose to stay in this area to be close to family and because it’s a clean, beautiful community.

8. What are 3 things most people don’t know about you?

Fact 1:  I have a private pilot’s license with instrument rating. What this means is I can fly in the clouds without any outside references (roads, ground, etc.).

Fact 2: I am a good cook, and by that I don’t mean I can only cook Mac and Cheese! I can whip a nice dinner or breakfast full of flavor.

Fact 3:  love to draw. My favorite thing to draw are landscapes, but you will also find me drawing cartoons or objects on a small piece of paper while I’m on the phone, of course, still paying attention to the other person!
